Your personal data will be used for the purpose of managing business relationships with our customers as a result of the contractual relationship that we maintain, for its formalization, development, or execution and conclusion, including commercial, economic, administrative and fiscal management, quality, and for any personalized attention.<\/p>

How long will we keep your personal data?<\/h3>

Your personal data will be kept for the duration of the established contractual relationship.\u00a0 Once it is terminated, the data will be kept according to the legally prescribed periods of data retention in economic and fiscal matters or until the fulfillment of the responsibilities arising from the processing of your data.<\/p>

What is the legal basis for handling your personal data?<\/h3>

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the formalization and development of the contractual relationship that we maintain in accordance with art. 6.1 b) of the RGPD and also based on the legal obligations (art. 6.1 c) of the RGPD that we both have in economic and fiscal matters (billing, collection, taxation, etc.).<\/p>

Right of Access: You have the right to know if your data is being processed and to receive that information in writing through the means requested.<\/p>

Right of Correction: You have the right to request correction of your data if it is inaccurate or incomplete.<\/p>

You have the right to request the deletion of your data, however, you should note that the right of deletion is limited when there is a legal obligation to retain or block your data.<\/p>

In certain circumstances, data subjects may request that we restrict the processing of their data, in which case we will only retain the data for the exercise or defense of claims, the protection of third parties, or for reasons of substantial public interest.<\/p>
